WHOLESALE SUPPLY
Red Light Therapy Wholesale for Resellers and Importers
A wholesale page is about quantities, cartons and paperwork rather than about customization. This one covers how an order is priced, packed and confirmed.
Catalogue models start from 100 pcs. Anything carrying your own branding generally starts from 300 pcs, because packaging and manual text have to be produced.
- Catalogue models from 100 pcs, customized projects generally from 300 pcs
- Mixed models can be combined in one order once the carton plan is agreed
- Export cartons, pallet plans and retail-ready packs
- CE, FCC and RoHS documents supplied per shipping model

HOW WHOLESALE SUPPLY WORKS
Buying Stock, Not Building a Product
Red light therapy wholesale is an order process rather than a customization project. The difference from a production order is where the decisions are made: the model and its functions are already fixed; what gets agreed is the quantity, the packaging, the trade terms and the schedule.
Quantity drives the price band
The price depends on the model, the total quantity and the packaging. There is no public price list, because the same model prices differently at 100 and at 1,000.
Cartons drive the logistics
How units are packed, labelled and palletised affects both freight cost and whether the goods clear your market’s requirements without rework.
Paperwork drives the arrival
Commercial invoice, packing list and the model-level certificate file have to match what physically ships, or the shipment stalls.
ORDER TERMS AT A GLANCE
What Is Already Fixed and What Is Confirmed Per Order
The table below separates the two. Anything on the right side is written into the proforma invoice for your specific order rather than promised in advance.
| Catalogue models, standard packaging | From 100 pcs |
| Customized logo, packaging or functions | Generally from 300 pcs |
| Mixing several models in one order | Accepted; confirmed against the carton and pallet plan |
| Price basis | Quoted per order for the model and quantity requested |
| Payment structure | Written into the proforma invoice for that order |
| Production or dispatch time | Confirmed on the proforma invoice, by model and quantity |
| Documents supplied | CE, FCC and RoHS per shipping model; other documents on request |
| Export packing | Standard export carton; pallet and labelling plan agreed before dispatch |
Rows that read confirmed per order are not evasions: a dispatch date quoted before the model and quantity are known would be a guess, and a wrong date costs more than a late quote.
PACKING AND MIXING
How a Mixed Wholesale Order Is Assembled
A wholesale order is rarely one model in one large quantity. These are the four decisions that get settled before the goods are packed.
Model mix
Which body areas you want to carry, and in what proportion. A range that covers knee, waist and shoulder sells differently from a single-model order.
Carton marking
Shipping marks, model labels and language requirements are printed to the plan you approve, not to a default template.
Retail-ready option
Colour box and inner packaging can be prepared for resale instead of plain export cartons, which changes both cost and carton count.
Pallet plan
Cartons per layer, layers per pallet and total pallet count are agreed before dispatch so freight is quoted against real dimensions.
ORDER MECHANICS
Four Things That Decide the Final Number
When a buyer compares two wholesale quotes, the difference is usually in these four items rather than in the unit price itself.
01
Trade term
Whether the quote is ex-works, FOB or delivered changes what is included. Compare quotes on the same basis before comparing the numbers.
02
Packaging level
Plain export carton, branded colour box or a retail-ready pack each add different cost and change the carton dimensions.
03
Model mix
A single-model order and a mixed order of the same total quantity do not cost the same to produce and pack.
04
Documentation
If your market needs documents beyond CE, FCC and RoHS, say so before the quote, because it affects what can be offered.
WHOLESALE QUESTIONS
Questions Asked Before a First Wholesale Order
These are commercial questions. If you need changes to the product itself, the manufacturing page covers that scope instead.
What is the minimum order for wholesale pricing?
Catalogue models with standard packaging start from 100 pcs. If the artwork, manual or packaging has to be produced for you, the usual starting point is 300 pcs.
Can I order several models together?
Yes. Mixed orders are normal, but the mix has to be settled against the carton and pallet plan, because it changes both packing cost and freight dimensions.
Why is there no price list on the site?
Because the same model prices differently depending on quantity, packaging level and trade term. A published number would be wrong for most buyers, so quotes are issued per order.
Can the goods arrive ready for retail shelves?
Yes. Colour box, inner packaging and labelling can be prepared for resale. That is quoted separately from plain export packing.
How are cartons and pallets labelled?
Shipping marks, model labels and language are printed to a plan you approve before dispatch. Nothing is labelled to a default template.
What paperwork ships with the order?
A commercial invoice, a packing list and the certificate file for the models actually shipped. If your customs broker needs additional documents, tell us before the order.
