What is your MOQ, can I buy just 1 pcs sample for testing?
1 pcs is acceptable, but we would suggest 2 pcs- 4 pcs for comparing in the test.
How long does it take to make a sample or mass production?
Generally, it will take 3-5 days for sample. The mass production delivery time depends on the items and the quantity of your order, a maximum of 20-30 days.
Do you accept OEM / ODM?
Loyalkins provides professional OEM/ODM service. Our R&D team members have rich hardware and software experience in providing global customers with complete stable and cost-effective products.
Do you accept re-branding?
Yes, re-branding product cases and gift boxes are available. And we accept OEM/ODM.
How about your delivery time?
Generally, it will take 2-3 days after receiving your advance payment. The mass production delivery time depends on the items and the quantity of your order, a maximum of 10-20 days.
How does a vehicle GPS Tracker work?
A vehicle GPS tracker uses signals from the Global Positioning System (GPS) and the Global Navigation Satellite System (GNSS) network to determine its location on Earth. Satellites orbiting the Earth send microwave signals to the GPS tracker, providing accurate position information. This data is typically stored, allowing users to access both real-time and historical location information.
How Does The Loyalkins GPS Tracker Work?
Our GPS Tracking devices contain two modules: 1. GPS module: This module will allow the locator device to get its location from the GPS satellites. 2. Cellular module: This module acts almost as a cell phone. It transmits the information received from the GPS module to the cellular networks and from there to our servers. Once the information is received in our servers, special software processes it and presents it to you in our GPS Tracking web system.
What affects GPS accuracy?
Many factors affect how accurate your GPS is. The atmosphere, the ionosphere, and the position of your receiver could all affect GPS accuracy. Any buildings, natural structures, or heavy foliage that obstructs the GPS’ view of the sky may decrease the position accuracy.
Why Are My Maps Not Displaying?
If the GSM network is available, your device will turn to the LBS location when you enter the building, the accuracy is not as accurate as the GPS location. Once outside and get GPS signals, it will start to upload your GPS location again. The same applies to tunnels.
How long can the GPS Tracker work?
It varies from different item batteries. You can check the specification page of the corresponding item on our site.
How accurate is our GPS Tracker?
The accuracy of the location that the GPS tracker gauges depends on several factors. The most important is the location where the GPS tracker is placed on the object. With a good GPS connection, the average deviation is between 2.5 and 7.5 meters. With a good connection, our GPS trackers can measure a GPS location every 30 seconds.
GPS Is Turned On, But It Can’t Be Positioning, Why?

Does your GPS Tracker require a monthly fee?
Our GPS Tracker does NOT require a monthly fee, you can use them with confident. However, the GPS tracker needs to be connected to the mobile network to send data. For this, you only need a pre-paid SIM card with some credit on it.
What network does your GPS Tracker support？
Our devices support 2G/3G/4G cellular networks. Please select the appropriate device based on the product page and local conditions.
Is there an API and SDK available?
We only provide device air protocol documents, you need to listen to the TCP port and receive and parse data on your server side. there is no SDK. Only document and raw-data messages.
How Can I Change IMEI?
Sorry, IMEI is unique and cannot be changed.
Does Loyalkins GPS Tracker Need A SIM Card?
Yes, think of your tracker as another phone. You insert a SIM card and that phone number is where you send your text messages to.
